The Staffka service is provided by krysoft s. r. o., Company ID: 55385133, Tax ID: 2121980938, VAT ID: SK2121980938, registered office: Kvetná 596/36, 941 23 Andovce, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court Nitra, Section Sro, Insert No. 60148/N.

2. Scope of Service

Staffka is a platform for event planning, invitation and attendance management, team communication, and related operational workflows.

3. Account Registration and Use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their access credentials, and use the service in compliance with Slovak and European Union law.

4. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, security breaches, account abuse, or any activity that may harm the platform or third parties.

5. Availability and Changes

The provider may update, modify, or temporarily limit the service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

6. Liability

The provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the service, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond the provider's reasonable control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Slovak courts.
