We process identification and contact data, company and event-related data, attendance and communication data, and technical data necessary for secure operation of the Staffka service.

We process data to provide the service, perform contracts, maintain platform security, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests. Processing is carried out under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovak law.

4. Retention Period

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect legal claims, or meet operational requirements.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with our contracted processors (e.g., hosting, push notifications, technical support) to the necessary extent. We do not sell personal data.
